How can I control or customize the notifications area in the lower right corner of my screen?
The notifications area is the area at the bottom right of your screen which display icons, on the task bar. In most cases you are able to customize what notifications you see here in the task bar. With most notifications you are able to right-click on them individually and exit or disable them, however some notifications wont allow this. Follow the step below to remove notifications from the task bar.
- Right-click on the task bar
- Choose Properties
- Choose Customize
- Click on the drop-down menu for the item that you want to remove and choose Hide Icon and Notifications
- Click Ok
